I ordered these hoping they would fit but they were too large for me. They weren't my size but based on other views I ordered them.I thought these shoes were so cute when I saw them, but when they arrived they aren't black and white like I expected, they're black and GREY. Not even slightly grey tinted, but a truly visible darker grey. They're still cute but I think I'll be returning them. I might get some in the brown instead. They seem to fit fine for what I expected. I have high arches so they are tight on top but I think with some time with a shoe stretcher they should be fine the same as all my other shoes. I wear a 9 and got a 9 and they seem to be true to size.Recommend this seller. Shoes arrived in new condition, on time, and oh, how I wanted to wear them the first day I received them, but being careful not to put stress on them sooner than I needed to, I waited a few days.I LOVE these shoes! Would give a 5 star rating, but when I wore them for the first time tonight, I found they are slippery on certain floors. I will figure out a way to "rough up" the soles, then I will be able to walk more casually in them. Maybe I will pur some bathtub rubber safety stickers on the bottoms of the shoes. I'll think of something, These will never get sent back, I love them that much. They are comfy on my feet, heels are just right, not too tall. Now I want to order the brown pair. I highly recommend L"Ariswte to shop frome..I'm not very good with high heels, (I walk like a drunk) but these heels are only 1 & 3/4 inch high and I can walk in them just fine. They are the nicest shoes I've ever had. Well made and beautiful. I usually wear a size 9 and the size chart recommended size 40 which turned out to be too tight. I then got size 41 and they fit perfectly. I fought with myself over spending the money, but I'm so glad I bought them. I can't comment on the arch support because I haven't worn them for a whole day yet - short term they are very comfortable. I'll update after I've had them on for a longer time.I love this brand! So comfortable and uniquely stylish!This brand is a really brand to buy. These shoe/boot are really cool looking and have gotten so many great comments on the design. Leather is soft but also sturdy. They wear well after 2 years.I have other L'Artiste shoes that fit fine but the four pairs I got in this order are definately much smaller. I typically wear a 41 and this one fit more like a 40 ie: a size 9.5-10 fit like an 8.5 -9. Was so bummed. The shoes are super cute but super uncomfortable.
