They look fantastic and the leather is soft too ... BUT: there is absolutely no support in the ankle. The ankle flips to the side with every step. I have never experienced that with any shoe at that heel height (and even a high heel feels more steady). I was afraid to walk across my living room that I might twist my ankle. No way I would have worn it on the street - urban setting or office. Worst shoe construction, ever!
